Returns & Refunds

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, such as wholesale goods and custom products. Please refer to the product description for more details.

Return Period:

  • You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

Return Process:

  • To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@ledikon.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and contact information.
  • Note: We do not accept returned items that are sent back directly without first contacting us.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable. Refunds exclude shipping costs because the delivery company has already charged these fees when the package was sent out.
