Shipping Policy

Shipping Address:

We have warehouses located in both China and the United States. Once you place an order, it will be shipped from the warehouse with available stock. If multiple warehouses have stock, your order will be dispatched from the one closest to your location. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs & Shipping Time:

Please allow 2 business day for us to process and pack your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Note:

1. If delivery is unsuccessful due to unexpected circumstances, our customer service team will contact you via email within 48 hours to arrange a refund.

2. Shipping times may vary due to factors like the destination states, customs, and weather. While we aim for timely delivery, some delays are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding as we work to improve our shipping process.

Duties & Taxes:

For international orders, shipping fees do not include duties and taxes. These charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid to release your order from customs upon arrival. If customs charges are not paid at the time of delivery (Cash on Delivery - COD), the order will be returned to LEDIKON.

Tracking:

All shipments come with tracking information. You can track your order using the "Track Order" button in the email notification you receive.
